AirIndeed is a travel advisory brand operated by MMT Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent travel advisory and booking service operating in the United States and Canada. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator.

AirIndeed provides travel planning, itinerary design, and booking assistance for flights, hotels, experiences, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers.

All travel services are ultimately provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, etc.) and are subject to each supplier's own terms, conditions, and policies.

We do not guarantee specific flight times, hotel room types, tour availability, or pricing until a booking is confirmed in writing.

All prices displayed on our Site are starting estimates in USD or CAD and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may differ based on travel dates, availability, seasonal demand, taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, and supplier rate changes.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable per supplier policies. Full payment may be required before tickets or vouchers are issued.

AirIndeed may charge a planning or service fee, which will be disclosed before you confirm any booking.

A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from AirIndeed and/or the applicable travel supplier, and any required payment has been processed.

You are responsible for verifying all booking details — including names (as they appear on government-issued ID), dates, destinations, and passport/visa requirements — before travel.

Name changes, date changes, and cancellations are subject to supplier rules and may incur fees. AirIndeed will assist with change requests but cannot guarantee approval.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and fare type. Many discounted airfares, hotel rates, and tour packages are non-refundable or partially refundable.

You should purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions. AirIndeed can recommend insurance options but does not provide insurance directly unless separately licensed to do so in your jurisdiction.

Refund processing times depend on the supplier and may take 7–30 business days or longer.

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, ESTA/eTA authorizations, vaccinations, and any other documents required for your destination.

For travel between the United States and Canada, ensure you meet current entry requirements including valid passport, visa or visa waiver, and any customs declarations.

AirIndeed provides general guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirIndeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or travel with third-party suppliers.

We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or injuries caused by airlines, hotels, tour operators, government agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid to AirIndeed for the specific booking in question.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AirIndeed and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names (airlines, hotels, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

AirIndeed may advertise on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., or any other advertising platform.

Ad content is for informational purposes. Landing page content may differ from ad creative. Always refer to confirmed booking documents for final terms and pricing.

If you arrived at our Site through an advertisement, your use of the Site is still governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For Canadian residents, nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought against MMT Ventures LLC as the operating entity behind AirIndeed. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of New York, NY, as applicable.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
